when i am giing to add new design in Sales Invoice report then got the below error. Others report are working fine.
i tried,
restart AX services
restart SSRS services
Full CIL
check permissions
Vs services
restart SQL services etc... but getting same error on Sales invoice when added NEW design. If i removed the design and clean solution and build then working fine
Please any one let me know the exact root case and how to reslove this issue

Go to you Visual Studio 2010 or SQL Server data Tools >> Right Click >> Properties >> And check the target path. it should be like this
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 10.0\Common7\IDE\devenv.exe".
If you found anything beyond devenv.exe then remove it and check.

and know that the maximum size we can expect any ssrs report below 10M. if it's over 10M then we may facing issue.

Not possible, because some other projects are also going on the same server.
Only issue with the sales invoice report.
Could you please let me know --
1. where i will check the SSRS report file size?
2. what is the file size limit of SSRS report ?
please give me more shed on this.
I suggest to Remove VS tools from your server and re install again
