How to do the 'Lets chat' button should only be visible on pages behind the login.

    Hi

    As per my response on your other post, you should place the Omnichannel chat widget on pages that are only available to logged in users (eg a home page for them).

    This will then allow them to be able to see it, whereas anonymous users won't be able to.

    If you're talking about a website where there are items such as products, and both authenticated/non-authenticated users can see the page, you'll need to investigate custom coding for conditional statements regarding when the widget can be shown

    are you talking about the OmniChannel? if yes, I think it is by design. if just showing login at first it will be confused, right?
