Can i restrict a user to access only specific customer records in d365fo?

You have to implement XDS . look at the below paper to learn about it .

In AX2012, you could achieve it with Address book security. This had not been implemented yet in Dynamics 365. For that reason, I have created a solution to get this feature re-enabled.
