Unable to see the data on a view on the case form

I have a distribution list that has users added and I have access to that view and I can see the data but when Iam creating a case on the form that distribution list view displays as blank on the form what could I be doing wrong

It looks like you have relationship between case and distribution list of some kind but are those particular records related through that relationship?

Hi,

Please check if the relationship is Parental or Referential. I think you need to have parental as Relationship Behaviour.
