Error when Inventory Closing

Dear All,

when I try to inventory closing, I see this error.Inv_5F00_1.png

Yesterday, my system have a problem, all number sequence is cleared. after that, we regenerate automatically number sequence in all module. and I do not change number sequence in closing voucher.

Please help you to fix this error.

    Hi Phung,

    You need to set the correct start voucher numbers. Just generating number sequences without having the correct next value will give this problem as this number is already used. Do you have a backup of the database where the number sequences still exists?

    Hi André,

    I do not backup of database due to this is test environment. Do you ever seen this error?

    Hi,

    I think this issue is related to incorrect Number sequence.

    Can you try these following steps:

    1. Right click to this error "Voucher number" -> Record info

    2. In the "Record information" screen -> Click Rename

    3. Change current number to new number, ex: BSD-100001

    4. Back to "Closing and Adjustment" screen -> click "Calculation" -> "Resume recalculation" -> OK

    5. Now you can do "Cancellation" this voucher.
