We previously had our users set to track 'all email messages', which has resulted in a lot of unnecessary email records being created.
To help clear up some space, I would like to remove any emails that were either sent to, or received from an unknown recipient (someone who is not an existing Contact or Lead).
How can I search for these emails? If I view a list of all the emails, I can see that when the Sender is unknown, the email address is shown in the 'From' column rather than the contact/lead's name. But if I try filtering my search results to only include results where the 'From' column contains '@', this still brings back existing records, as I guess the search still sees the email address, even though it just displays the name.
Is there another way I can do it?
