I have a client who wants to have the ability to use Hedge accounting in D365. The requirements are to hold the hedge contracts in D365, with the details lof the contracts (amount / maturation date / FX rate / contract reference number (for example, "EUR Deals Forward BOA").
These contracts also also have to be maintained for their records as well as for use in comparing the exposure in certain periods back to our hedges to see how effective hedges were, what achieved rates were and, on a go forwards basis, which periods over the next 5 - 6 years have exposures that have to be filled in according to our hedging policy.
The solution would also be able to provide a forecast cash flows in different currencies.
