How to create a SerialAbove Reservation Hierarchy

Hi friend,

As you can see there are some Reservation Hierarchy in D365 finance and operation, one is BatchAbove, but I need to create a SerialAbove, there is not buttons to move up or move down, can anyone guide me, thanks a lot.
