In the schedule board, get the display of the customer account name in all display mode and not only in the "hourly" mode

in the schedule board, i can see the name of customers only if i choose the "hourly" mode view but i would like to see names in all the modes so "hourly", "daily", "weekly" and "monthly"

    Hi Gil69,

    Unfortunately, it seems you can't achieve it.

    Based on you screenshot, the customer is about the work order, you can show work order details in the hourly schedule board, but other can't.

    Add Detail to the Schedule Board in Dynamics 365 Field Service – Bond Consulting Services
