Splitting effort on task among 2 or more resources unevenly

HI,

I have a requirement to be able to assign contact type resources to Project task with uneven workload distribution. Eg. total effort on task is 100 Hours There John1 as team lead with 20 hours and John2 as consultant with 80 hours. In the cost price list for contracting unit these roles have different cost. I want it to be correctly calculated as project cost on the estimation tab. Is it doable out of box? Or does it require task per one person setup?
