My Omnicanal Workspace does'nt work

Authentication failed at 57%

I've tried a lot of things but I'm running out of ideas

The channel "omnicanal", enabled/disabled the application.;security azure ad,...

Do you have an idea ?

    Hi Danoff,

    Only one user or all user met same error?

    Have you assigned security roles with sufficient privileges to the user?

    Have you tries to clear browser cache or change other browsers to test again?

    Based on your error message, have you checked the following documentation?

    If none of this works, it is recommended to open a ticket with the Microsoft support team and ask them to pull up the details of the error in the background.

    Yes all users.
    I think so, Here they are

    Yes, same issue with Firefox or Edge

    Yes, i read the documentation. 

    I have tried to do a new environnement with only the Customer Service and Omnical. The same issue 

    Do you have a tips for Teams presence indicator ?  Maybe it's my problem

    Have you got active subscriptions for Omnichannel?

    Note:

    You can access legacy 'Advanced Find' dialog after going into 'Advanced settings':
