advanced find for activities

Hi,

Can anyone advise me the best way of searching for customers who have no closed activities in the past x months. I am trying to co-ordinate an account management exercise so the account managers can target the customers who haven't been contacted recently.

I haven't had any formal training and I would really appreciate any advice.

Hello ,

I'm assuming that you can user the Customer History report to view any customer with or without history for the fiscal year.

I used ARhist.fiscyr and ARHist.YtdSales on the select tab of that report. I hope this suggestion is helpful.
