This issue often happens because the journey’s entry criteria or filters don’t perfectly match all segment members, or there's a delay in segment membership sync. Check these:
Ensure all 5 contacts meet the journey’s entry criteria exactly.
Verify the segment is fully published and up to date.
Confirm real-time updates are working or wait for segment refresh cycles.
Look for any exclusion filters or journey settings limiting entry.
Sometimes a short delay or caching causes not all members to enter immediately. Restarting the journey or refreshing the segment may help.
