Segment members missing from Journey inflow

Hi

Is anyone having issues with segment members not entering segment based journeys?

I have a simple 5 contact segment that has had the same membership for about 10 hours. I start a journey with that segment and only 3 enter.

It is a simple test journey and all that is being actioned is creating an activity then the journey ends.

Thanks for any help/advice...or even acknowledgment this is an issue as does not appear as a known issue.
