Balance Confirmation from Customers

For carrying out year end activities we have to obtain balance confirmation letter from each individual customer. 

We intend to generate letter through Microsoft Dynamic NAV wherein customer master are available along- with balance at the end of year 

Shall be thankful if any one can guide me

    You can utilize Customer Statement for this purpose:

    Select needed customer and limit date filter, in Output options you can select PDF to send to client further

    You can use "Customer - Detail Trial Bal." or "Customer Detailed Aging" report as base and modify bit to save this report as PDF or Excel (by customer) and send it to individual customer mail ID.

    This way you can save lot of time and send the statements to all the customer at one go.
