Sales Order Unit Price changing to 0.00

Hi...we have seen instances where a unit price on a Sales Order line is changed from any value to 0.00. We do not believe it was entered 0.00 by data entry. Has anyone seen their unit prices change to 0.00 during sale order editing or other process?

Did you do anything when the unit price changed? Whether it has any errors?
