open cases reminder workflow dynamics 365

Hi All

I would like ideas on how to create a workflow in dynamics 365 that reminds a user that there still open cases fo the last seven 7 days just as an example

How do I set that up?

    Hello,

    I would recommend using Power Automate for this purpose - it would be much easier:

    Hi rodzmaz81,

    You can send emails to users to remind the case has opened over 7 days through workflow.

    Refer following steps:

    1.Create a workflow in case entity.

    2 Set trigger--Record is created.

    3.Add steps.

    (1)Wait condition(Timeout Condition):
