I am facing below error on some sites during the PSTL process site combiner.
"You cannot combine the sites as it is the same on a transfer record in the work table"

Does it tell you what the conflict is? This sounds like a flaw in the code. You may need to manually adjust some records.
No. It does not tell me the conflict. and what records do I need to adjust manually?
If it is not giving you a clue you will need to find the conflict(s) yourself using SSMS. My guess is you will find this in the IV30300 table. One of the indexes in ITEMNMBR,TRXLOCTN,DOCDATE. This could become quite cumbersome depending on how many sites you are trying to combine. Are you doing these one at a time? Do not try to combine several at once.

There is no option to combine several at once in PSTL item combiner it is only combine one item at one time.
Well then your only choice is to use SSMS and try to find what is causing the duplicate. I am surprised that the PSTL does not account for this. You will need to look in the IV30300 for the first and second item and compare locations.
