Hello Community,
When qualifying a Lead in Dynamics 365, and if we want to qualify the lead based on an existing Contact in Dynamics, is there a way to also update certain information on the Contact record as part of the Lead qualification?
For example, if the Lead record has an updated phone number compared to the phone number on the Contact record, can we make it such that when the lead is qualified, and an existing contact record is selected during the qualification process, the phone number field on the contact record gets updated as well?
Is that possible out of the box? Or do we need to implement workflows to achieve that?
