Purchase order Quantity

Hi to all,

In Navision is it possible to receive quantity more than the quantity for an item in a purchase order because vendors delivers more than the quantity as per purchase order. Can we do this without editing the quantity in PO?

No you can not do that in standard NAV. You need to customize if required.

Hi Rajat,

It is not standard behaviour in Microsoft Dynamics Nav. You must re-open the PO, change Qty or add an additional line. Either you can post a positive adjustment through item journal, but it would be better if add an additional line to PO.
