Sent Email inserting hyphens to words instead of breaking words

I can't seem to figure out why it's inserting hyphens to words instead of breaking them on the next line. I'm only seeing this issue when sending the test email.

In Dynamics, I don't see this issue when building, previewing and testing, and viewing with Litmus.

How do I solve this issue?

This is happening to me as well. It looks like it only happens in Outlook 2019. I hope we can find a solution.
