Hi i am looking for a Fixed Asset report/list/data dump on NAV 2016 that contains the following

Asset Number

Asset Name

Original Acquisition Date

Original Cost

Acccumulated Depreciation

Net Book Value

Useful Life (years and months)

General Ledger Account

I haven't been available to find one so far

Dear padraigb ,

There are no specific report to fulfill your requirement that all data having in one report

You can go to your FA report list

Department ==> Finance ==> Fixed Asset ==> Reports

I think if you need those field all you better create custom report with your requirement

so better contact your partner and ask to develop the report

If you looking for specific report with specific columns then it won't be there .you need to customize the same as per requirements

Or You can create queries to generate the same

Part of this information you can directly find directly in the Fixed Asset table itself (T5600) (msdn.microsoft.com/.../hh166432(v=nav.90).aspx). In some localizations, it has additional fields such as G/L Starting Balance, G/L Balance to Date respectively to Depreciation Book. For example, check Russian localization.

If you need excat list of fields then you might have to request for a new report from your partner. If not you can try the "Fixed Asset - Analysis" report which is listed under Fixed Asset Master.

In that report you can specify which fields you need to add to report (this will cover most of your requirement)
