I have a question concerning the Field Service Application Powered By Resco.
Can I know which ports and addresses the app is using?
I need to restrict my users from using anything other than the Field Service Application.
It would be great if you can provide any help concerning the matter.

Should only be using port 443 unless there are customizations that you did using other ports. As far as addresses, that you will need to get from Resco. You can do an NSLOOKUP on the DNS name but chances are there are several addresses you are hitting.
