How to add a customer discount group to all items on price list

Hi,

Our customers are divided between 2 main discount groups. The discounts apply to all items listed on our price catalog. 

It is required that the applicable group discount is added per customer to ensure it is applied for each order. However on BC I have only been able to add the discount line at a time.

My question is - is there away to upload a discount group as a bulk upload via excel CSV sheet or is the only way to do so line per line?

    Hi,

    You can use Rapid Start Services for this. Create a new configuration package. Add Customer table to this package. In the column No of fields available click on the number and select only No. and Customer Discount Group. Export this table to excel using line action Export. Fill the customer discount group and then import it using same package. After Import apply.

    Thank you for your assistance however I do not have access to Rapid Start Services. Is this part of standard BC or an app to purchase? Is there another option one could recommend to achieve the same outcome - re away to upload a discount group as a bulk upload via excel CSV sheet or is the only way to do so line per line?
