Dynamics 365 for Outlook Pane

Hi all,

I realise the COM-Addin is being phased out and the Dynamics 365 Pane is unavoidable, but we seem to have lost all the perks the COM-Addin gave us on outlook.

It had its own tab/window before, which could be moved onto a second screen as it's own window, now its just seems to be a small pane on the side of emails, which then require you to click "Home"

The usability of the COM-Addin for our organisation was perfect for us, the new pane isn't as functional in comparison to what we had before.

At the moment, the only way we can access the Dynamics Pane is by going onto an email and clicking the Dynamics 365 button which brings up a tiny pane at the side of the email which looks like this.

Then if we want to do anything we then have to click on the Home button at the top left, which brings up the sitemap, which if we click on any of the subareas, it brings up a new window which has no maximise or minimise buttons, we have manually rescale it every time.

Question 1, can we make the Dynamics 365 Pane it's own window?

Question 2, can we add items onto the Dynamics add-in page on the screenshot below?

If we go to add-ins we get this page, there's nothing on it, on the COM-Addin there were loads of sections, it missing it all.
Can we manually add everything back in ourselves? if so, how? via the power app editor?
