Logging in on Browser Error but working on Nav Client-You do not have access to Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Verify that you have been set up as a valid user in Microsoft Dynamics NAV

Greetings Experts,

 

Every time we attempt to access Nav online (via web), we get the sign-in screen, but after inputting login credentials, we get the following problem.

Please take note that this issue only occurs on the web. Nav Client login works without any error.

    Do you have more than one company? If so, does the user have access to each company? You can adjust the client URL to open a specific company (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/business-central/dev-itpro/developer/devenv-web-client-urls) that the user has permission to.

    Hi, Seems to be a permissions and user issue. You can try the method mentioned by Brad first, if that doesn't work, try the following.
