When I look at the coming updates for Dynamics Sales app, a lot is focused to integrate features/functions with Teams.
In January 2021, I looked at Teams request approval proces, which in my view could be very useful, it could save a lot of emails approvals for instance, and the Teams approval is stored as well in CDS.
However the Teams request approval only work on Teams tenant/instance A, while our Dynamics Apps are on tenant/instance B, so when in teams I change the tenant/instance to B our current dynamics instance, the Teams approval approval does not work.
I have added Dynamics app into teams, so you can update directly sales data, through a teams channel.
However, I wonder with the new Dynamics updates will those updates work given the fact Teams tenant/instance differs from our Dynamics.
