Cannot enable number sequence for consolidation invoice

Hi all,

I am working on a legal entity which requires both US and Japan localization functionality. As the Localized functionality region is set as US, functionality for Japan should be enabled by extension only. In particular, the Consolidated invoice function is required, but I am not sure how to enable the Consolidation ID in AR parameters number sequences.

(Japan localized legal entity has this number sequence reference, but other countries does not have)

How can I enable this number sequence for an US localized legal entity?

    Hi Tung,

    Are you trying to setup a Japanese company with 'US' as primary address? Or do you need a similar functionality for an 'US' company?

    If it is to have the features also available in a legal entity within other countries, you can extend the application. In the development environment the countryregions property on e.g. menu items, fields, tables and EDTs can be extended to also include 'US'.

    Hi Tung,

    The consolidation feature you are trying to use and setup in Japan country legal entity is specific to Japan country region. The feature will not be available for countries other than Japan. Enabling this for other country regions is a customization and you will need a developer to analyze the entire localization and extend to US country region.
