Hello,

We are checking below report but its not match with trial balance. Any idea?

Budget control Statistics Actual expense = 12,275.491
Trail Balances = 15,364.741

the actual expenditure of the budget and the closing balance of TB were not match because we uploaded the budget on Mid of March'22.

1st Jan to March'22 transactions went "budget check did not perform" action. Therefore. they were a disparity between actual TB and total expenditure in the budget. Is there anyway to correct the actuals expenditure in the budget or Can you please propose any solution in this regard?

Hi,

Have you checked for unposted actual expenses in the budget?

You can use the Budget analysis report to generate a summarized report that compares budgeted amounts to actual expenses and revenue activity during a period that you specify.

Make sure you are using the active budget control configuration. Please check whether your budget control configuration is correct. For this, you can refer to the following:

Thank you Charlotte Xu, how to check unposted actual expenses in the budget?

This is my setup.

Budget analysis for the particular account expenditure shows 0

Budget Control Statistics shows 12,275.491. Which one I have to refer?
