Please see below models are present in model store now.

also there is none of our customization present in ax.

Is below models are ok? where was i struck?

    HI manikumar,

    You didn't tell which models you had before in AX 2012 fpk.

    If you do an in-place upgrade you have merge code layer by layer. You can read the process on this page: technet.microsoft.com/.../jj733502.aspx

    Possibly you skipped this step, ending in having only the standard sys, syp layers and your usr layer.
