Enterprise Portal: SQL: Default Database Dynamics AX missing

hi folks,

trying to install an enterprise portal for dynamics ax 40 i used the white paper "installing and configuring AX enterprise portal"

i installed the SQL 2005 Server, patched it to SP2 and started the management studio.
(Oracle is the database for AX, so I installed the MSDE2000 too), IIS is version 6, ASP is version 2.xx and active

i created a new user for the business connector and in the properties i should change the

"DEFAULT DATABASE" to "Dynamics AX database". via drop down list.

BUT: offered is only: master, model,msdb & tempdb.

What is my fault ? How do I get that "Dynamics AX" in there ?

Have googled half a day before asking here

    Hi, Looks like a Windows authentication issue with ORCL database. There is something called Windows Native Authentication adapter for ORCL. Have a look at this link.

    Thanks Arijit, but I dont think that is my problem, because my AX is working fine with my Oracle database. Or do I misunderstood something ? I gave SQL2008 a test and it found some more databases like sharedServices... and Sharepoint, but still no Dynamics AX THX Hilmar
