Alert when stock available to create pick list

Hi All

I haven't seen a screen where I can run bulk process to create pick lists for items available to pick. Instead of manually checking every sales order and checking if stock on hand has increased, I'm thinking of creating an alert but this could get tricky as more than one sales order may exist with backorder qty for a given item. Has anyone done such an alert in power automate or am I missing basic function already in BC? In other words, how do the customer service know when items are available to create a pick list

Thanks

Great. I think this is the closest we can get to a bulk pick process that suggest Qty on Hand

Do you have access to the Pick Worksheet?  Run the Get Warehouse Documents process, which will calculate outstanding need and compare against Available Qty. to Pick.  It will then fill the Qty. to Handle field with what each Order would need.  You can then run the "Create Pick..." process to let the worksheet generate all the Picks based on what the system calculated as available.

Any lines without Qty. Available will remain in the worksheet after the Create Pick process has run so you can see all your backorder Items.
