Is there a better way to fill in Lead Time Calculation fields on Item Card?

Hello,

For NAV 2013, we need to fill in the Lead Time Calculation field on over 2000 Item Cards.

I know configuration package can help. But we have thousands of items, and we need to identify the supplier and the lead time. It seems very time consuming...

Does anyone have better solution?

In addition, Can anyone explain the difference of the Lead Time Calculation on Vendor Card and Item Card?

Thank you!

Thank you!  I have some questions:

Is there a way to make the Item Vendor Table visible on the interface?

    Is the process below correct?

1.Fill in Vendor Lead Time Calculation on Vendor Card

    2. Fill in Vendor No. on Item Card

What if we have multiple vendors supplying the same item?

    Allen,

The Item Vendor Table does exist in NAV 2013 please check the table no. 99.

The Vendor Lead Time Calculation will copied to item card when you populate Vendor No. on The Item Card and or on the Item Vendor Card or on the purchase order.

You can manually override that value on the item or item vendor, but on the purchase line it uses item vendor/Vendor.

    Thank you!

It seems that Item Vendor Table only exists in NAV 2016.

Stockkeeping Unit Card, we will fill in the Lead Time Calculation field in Stockkeeping Unit Card.

    hi,

when the Lead Time Calculation field is filled in several windows, it is prioritized as follows:

    1. Item vendor card

    2. Stockkeeping unit card

    3. Item card

    look here
