Hey Guys,
So my problem is that I connected the mailbox (under Email Configuration), which shows that it was successfull regarding Incoming, Outgoing and Appointment-wise (all of them is servside-sync), still when I receive emails to the mailbox in Outlook it shows that it is not tracking the emails to Dynamics.
Side note: I connected this mailbox before to the environment I'm working with now, so it is really weird that it's not working now. I also received a confirmation email after connecting the mailbox, but still it's not tracking.
