Hey Guys,
So my problem is that I connected the mailbox (under Email Configuration), which shows that it was successfull regarding Incoming, Outgoing and Appointment-wise (all of them is servside-sync), still when I receive emails to the mailbox in Outlook it shows that it is not tracking the emails to Dynamics.
Side note: I connected this mailbox before to the environment I'm working with now, so it is really weird that it's not working now. I also received a confirmation email after connecting the mailbox, but still it's not tracking.
Let me know if you know how to fix this issue!
Are you referring to "Tracked to Dynamics 365" Category Tracking ?
Please check the article - support.microsoft.com/.../tracked-to-dynamics-365-category-added-to-user-s-mailbox and let me know if this option is disabled for your CRM organization.

If still not tracking:
How you are checking if emails are tracked or not ? I hope you are aware they will be appearing in "Queue" of mailbox.
Still not working ? check notifications, status and audit history of your mailbox to have more details. You can post here and someone in community will help you out.
