We received a feedback from our client informing that there are many differences and missing functionalities after transitioning from Forms Pro to Dynamics 365 Customer Voice as below, could you please help to give more insights to see if it's a defect of Dynamics 365 Customer Voice and guide us to achieve that if possible:
1. The Net Promoter score was always available in MS Form Pro even though the question type is not ‘Net Promoter Score’ type. Basically Net Promoter score shows about the promoter whose last feedback was ‘Very Poor’ but now it is ‘Excellent’. But in Customer Voice it is not available. Is it the new change?

2. Date filtering is going to be added to the reporting in the coming weeks.
3. You can change the color through "Customization" panel on the design tab> Branding > theme color
4. You can delete survey by opening the menu through "..." option
