Excel online only shows one or two lines

When I use "open excel online" the view only shows one or two lines. There must be a setting that I am not seeing to open up the spreadsheet so that more of it can be viewed.

In "Accounts" I click on "Export to Excel Online" and this opens excel but only shows one or two lines, which makes it difficult to do bulk changes. Can this view be resized to show more of the Excel document?

I covered the text with boxes to protect the data but this shows that this particular time that I tried it is only showing two rows. Sometimes I open it and it is showing multiple rows and is easy to work in.

Verified in out of box CRM this is working fine, please share the CRM build version you are using
