there is a need of implementing workflow on stage exit in workflow. but the catch is i need to run workflow only when the stage is moving in forward direction. when moving in backward direction again the action should not run

Quick question:
What did you do in the workflow (could you provide the screenshot) and you need the workflow run one time or each time when the stage is moving in forward direction?
So, i need to update a review date field when the review stage is done and move forward for second review stage . but what happning is when i am moving forward the review date is updating but the same behavior is happning when i am moving backward from review stage. since the review is not done but the date is updated.
