RSAT: Global parameter file for multiple tests

Hi ,

Is it possible to have a global parameter file where custom parameters/values can be stored and used in RSAT? I am exploring the tool and have not find such thing? Any pointers? Also if there is a alternative way to acheive the same will be greatly appreciated.
