Unable to get the Driving Direction Of Booking from Schedule Board

When I created a Booking and Get the Direction it wont get the direction on map no route is visible on map. Kindly assist me to rid of this.

    Hi.

    The map and get route are two different components.

    The get route component will open the bing map for you with the daily route for one technician.

    The Schedule Board map will show all the field technician's routes. It also works on a daily base, so check if you have the correct date selected on the top of the map.

    Also, check if your environment setting has the bing map on and if the map field on the schedule board is correct.
