I have provisioned the OmniChannel in trial environment and tried configuring chat and Facebook , but agent available green icon is not appearing , its keeping on question mark.All configuration are done using Omnichannel Administration page followed by the MS Articles. Is anybody else faced and resolved this issue ?
Caching was the issue. Incognito Mode is preferred.

Please ensure that you've configured the user record to set the default presence status to "Available" in the user profile.

Try to open the Omnichannel for Customer service app in incognito mode of the browser.
