Error : The Record already exists

Dear All Experts,

i need your help,

i cant creat a new number in register check, and the error show "the record already exists"

i checked the table but the new number that i want to register is never exists.

im using debug but this error not shown

    Hey Breketoek,

    I hope you found the solution. Recently I had the same issue and finally I found out that it turned out to be the 'primary key' of the table that was causing it! I modified the primary keys of the table and it worked then!

    It's all about giving some random tries!! ;)

    ok, was the page or the base table customized?

    it could be that at runtime a second record with the same no. is created before you register.

    Hi Jon,

    i Already open the table and remove all the filter, and the result is same. the number that i want to entry is not exist

    reopen the table, check if there are any filters set, remove all filters, then recheck, if the number exists.

    Hi,

    Could you share the screen print of the error?

    or post the exact error and give the exact table name or id.
