Trade agreements not working on Product masters

I have gone through many tutorials and set everything up as best I can but I still cannot get any pricing to come up on product masters using trade agreements. Works fine with Products. Could I be missing anything?

These are released products. I am placing them on sales orders and quotations. After every change I go back to that sales order and add a new line.

Of these released products trade agreements work when the product subtype is 'Product' but not 'Product master'

Hi Richard,

On your Trade agreement line, you have specified a location. You really have different prices when selling from different locations?

You will get a 'Check dimension' message when you create the trade agreement line with unexpected dimensions. Check for this:

We only have one location. Originally the trade agreement did not specify any more than needed but while testing I kept adding more until I had specified everything just in case I had missed anything. Only configuration and size need different prices.

In addition when I search for prices from sales orders I receive a warning that a valid trade agreement has been found but its just not using it.

Hi Richard,

Did you get to the bottom of this? If not, can you create and post a TA line with only Config/Size ticked? And can you check that you have the right-most tick box on the 'Price' tab of this form ticked: Sales and marketing -> Setup -> Price/discount -> Activate price/discount.

Dear Richard,

Trade agreement works with product master very good. You need to recheck the following setup.

1. Sales and marketing -> Setup -> Price/discount -> Activate price/discount.

2. If you want price by inventory location. Select the sale price in storage dimension in all the dimension you need.

3. In product dimension select select the dimension based on what you need the price. Ex. You need sales price by color. So select the check mark in product dimension setup as you need.

Thanks everyone for the help, as it turns out having an inventory dimension that is not price controlled causes the TA to fail. Removing site from the TA got it working.
