Reports

Posted on by 4,818

In NAV2013, some of the reports will take at least 10 to 15 minutes to retrieve the data. The object ID for the reports are 10138, 10139 and 10040.  Does anyone know if Microsoft has fixed these and released the new updates  for these reports. Thank you in advance!

Hi expert, thank you for all your advice and time! We are using Version 7.00.33781. I downloaded the file following the link and it looks like we need to install the CD. To convert the data from the old version to the current version has taken lots of time. Could someone send me these reports first? Thank you very much!

Hi Snoppy! Check the MS Dynamics NAV Localization Portal: mbs.microsoft.com/.../GFMLocalizationPortalMC_nav

...and verify updates for your country. Those reports are country specific ;-)

    Good luck!!

As far as I know the 10040 report is the NA localized version of W1 report 120.

10138, 10139 and 10040 reports are localized objects, look at the last NAV 2013 CU for your localized version.

How many cust. ledg. entries are we talking about?

Regarding the report 10040 (Aged Accounts Receivable) there have been several fixes released, last one in CU 15 - June 2014: which build are you actually running?

A possible workaround to improve performance can be using a custom temporary table for ledger entries, with only the keys needed,

No, I didn't. This is our production database. Before we upgrade to the NAV2013, we also used these reports coming from the system, but never have any problems. How to fix this? Thank  you!
