AOS services is stopping automatically

Hi Experts,

Our system AX AOS services is stopping automatically, even I am starting and it stops automatically, I check DB SQL server services is running. But AOS services is stopping.

Please check the Event logs on the AOS server.

You found the event logs. Next you need to find the errors that are created when the AOS crashes, and look into the actual error message that is stored with the event.

This is a log for the client. You said your problem was with AOS, therefore please go to the server with AOS and check event logs there. The application is called Ax32Serv.exe.

By the way, which version is it? AX 2012?

Now the situation is when i start AOS it goes automatically stop. Then I go and start it again. This is AX R3

First of all, make sure that you have the latest kernel.

If you want to dig into it by yourself, let Windows generate a memory dump on process crash and analyze it with WinDbg or something. Note that it's not trivial. Alternatively you can send support request to Microsoft.

There are Error showes in Event Viewer , Evet ID is 180, 110, 1000,

Last thing is some of EventIDs are showing Deleted please check in the image.
