How to create a teams meeting in the appointment form and send to attendees via Email

Hi all, 

I try to create a Microsoft teams meeting, I cannot find the field "Teams meeting" 

The second point, If I create an appointment in Dynamics 365, it's not synchronised with my Outlook Calendar. 

If I can create a Ms teams meeting in Dynamics, my attendees will receive an e-mail from Dynamics ?

    Hi Patrick, 

    About your first issue, if you don't see the field, you must navigate to make.powerapps.com then select the appointment table>Forms and add the field in your Form. 

    To synchronise appointments with Outlook, you must just configure your mailbox and select Dynamics 365 for outlook in the Appointments and activities option. 

    To send the invitation, I think that you will create a workflow or a Power automate cloud flow. I'm not sure that the invitation will be send automatically.

    Hi Patrick, 

    To synchronise your appointments with your outlook just go to Advanced setting> E-mail configuration>Mailboxe then select Dynamics 365 for outlook in your mailboxes

    Do you have any suggestion how the attendees will acess to the meet when they receive the e-mail ?

    Hi Patrick, 

    You can configure your template email in the workflow,

    The same method if you will create a Power automate flow.
