Hi all,

I'm trying to update a work queue item from 'Update queue Item' action in desktop flow. But getting the below error message. Even if checked from power automate portal, I can't able to find any related settings.

Error message: Updating work queue item values is not permitted for this queue. To enable this feature, please adjust the work queue settings under work queues in the Power Automate portal.

I had this error happened to me.

In my case, it happened that I had already updated the status of the work queue item and within the same flow I was trying to update it again.

Hence, my suggestion will be to double check your flow and make sure you are only updating the status of the queue item once.
