I'm trying to create a Customer Journey for a Customer Voice survey.
I have created a Subscription List, and Segment to which a first email (containing the link to the survey) will be sent.
I'm trying to figure out how to send a reminder email to *only the contacts who have not completed/submitted the survey*.
Any thoughts on how to do this?

Hi,
You can create a new segment something like the following screenshot.
Then create a new customer journey, or just create a new swimlane in the original journey and set a wait for/ wait until tile in it to send the reminder email.
