Restrict financial dimension values to a specific user

Hi Everyone,
 
is there a way to restrict financial dimension value to a specific user group.
 
Example: I have 10 dimension values out of which 2 values should be restricted to a specific user group. At the time of posting transactions, those 2 restricted dimension values should be allowed to post only by the allowed user group.

    Do you mean that such values can be used by anyone but only users in the given group can post journals where any line has such a dimension value?
