I have registered for a trial account recently.

I have created an Application in Azure. I use that Application ID to fill in Application user form, I get this error

    Just applied this solution to my Power App Dataverse and it worked a treat.

    Not sure I follow you here Ics_rthompsoneu,

    Non-interactive users and application users shouldn't require a license:

    Hi Dip.Sarkar,

    You have very limited access when using a Dynamic trail.

    You will need to purchase a admin license and a extra user license.

    Your cost will be around 190 a month with the extra user.

    I have my own Dynamic instance.  I only have 1 user and that's myself.

    You can turn the extra user on and off as needed but you will be charge when the user is active.

    I hope this was helpful.

    Hello,

    Creation of an application user seems to be malfunctioning in Unified Interface.
    Can you raise a support request for this? https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/support

    As a workaround, can you configure applications users using the legacy web client?
    You can try with this direct URL;
    https://**.crm**.dynamics.com/main.aspx?newWindow=true&pagetype=entityrecord&etn=systemuser&formid=d26924ef-4d80-46f7-ab1d-e6ae80a54ce8&forceClassic=1&forceUCI=0
