How to know what we should change obsolete and depricated functionality with?

Hi, 

So I found some obsolete functionality in (AX 2012 R3 CU10). The error message states:

The DirPartyLocation::findByPartyLocationRole method is obsolete. Deprecated for performance.

MSDN does not provide information that it became obsolete. And I didn't find any information about what it should be changed with.

How should you deal with issues like this? Where do you find information?

    Here is an answer.

    In ax 2012 R3 CU10 findByPartyLocationRoleType is used insted of findByPartyLocationRole.

    But the main question is still on.

    What do you do when you find that something became obsolete? Where do you find information?

    Ideally you should get all the details at MSDN or Technet.

    Refer following link for more details. Somehow, it seems that it is not yet updated for latest AX 2012 R3 CUs...

    You might see some documents / details in CU10 setups.
