I’m looking for a way to globally restrict outbound emails in Microsoft Dynamics 365 so that, in our dev environment, they are only sent to specific domains. I want to block any email from being sent to recipients outside of these allowed domains, ideally through a rule or setting that would apply automatically across all customer journeys and marketing campaigns.
I’m aware that I can filter audiences with segments within individual Real Time journeys, but I’m looking for a global-level configuration to avoid needing to customize each journey individually. Does Dynamics 365 offer a built-in allowlist or email restriction feature that can be applied across the entire environment? Or would this require an external integration or customization?
